Ingredient and supplier controls

Raw materials and suppliers should be assessed against defined specifications. Records must support traceability through production and distribution.

Process and release controls

Production should use controlled procedures, appropriate testing and documented release decisions. Non-conforming material must be identified and managed responsibly.

Labels remain authoritative

The physical label is the authoritative source for ingredients, allergens, warnings, serving information and use directions for each market.
